Good Price Great Bed
I have been very happy with this bed. My 2 year old loves it. Good price and decent construction. The only real complaint I have about the bed is the wooden slats that hold the mattress. If you have a kid that likes to jump or fall on the bed, I would be worried about them breaking. I have had no problems yet, but I have also been making sure that my son doesn't jump on the mattress. Other than that complain, I have no others. I would give 5 stars if the mattress support slats were a little stronger.
great toddler bed
I bought this bed for my son's 3rd birthday and it is perfect. Great quality and easy to assemble. He loves it and is very comfortable in it. I would recommend this bed for anyone that wants a toddler bed that looks like good quality furniture.
Dream On Me Classic Sleigh Toddler Bed
My husband and I were both very excited about this bed when we ordered it. It looked great, and you couldn't beat the price. Unfortunately, after we put it together, we noticed that it had some defects (scratches in the wood), but not enough to justify sending it back. The other down side was that we discovered that the bed couldn't take more than 50 pounds of weight, which meant that we couldn't sit on the bed to read, tuck our daughter in, etc. Our daughter is still transitioning into being in her own bed, but she likes it.
Very Nice and well made
We bought this bed for our 3 year old, he loves it. Assembly was easy. Took us (2 people) about 45 minutes or so to assemble it. We would definitely recommend this bed.
Great Bed!
I purchased this bed when my son outgrew his crib. It is a great bed for him and he loves it. He can get in and out of it easily. Great for the money and I was able to use his crib mattress.

Just right for the price.
I bought this for my 14 year old son. He likes it so I like it. Transaction went smoothly, quick delivery, fairly easy to assemble. We had to request a missing bolt but it was sent to us right away. The only thing we didn't care for was that the top/platform was not black as well - I ended up painting it so that the parts that showed around the mattress did not look tacky.
platform bed
Great price for a very stylish twin platform bed. Works well for your guest room.
Good Item, well priced
I believe that this is the best price and best value for this type of product
Ok for Money - but paint needed
I bought this bed to fit a standard twin mattress, with the intent to tuck the bedding in and have a clean look, however the entire top surface of the bed that touched the mattress is un-finished, exposing raw particle board....which looks really cheap and horrible. We spent $10 in paint and supplies and painted the top ourselves, now it is ok.
Good buy!
The item is good, arrived in good condition! It takes some time to put it togheter wich is okay... It is hyper heavy!
The only thing is that it took forever to arrive, did not contact the seller. Can't complain since I didn't pay for the shipping ...

Scare Their Pants Off / Satan's Bed

DVD from Image Entertainment
List Price: $9.98
Price: $9.98

Yes, it's Yoko Ono, sex maniacs, and off-kilter kink in this goofy, ultra-gritty Grindhouse Double Feature! "Scare Their Pants Off" (1968, 61 min.) - Since lunatics John and Bert can't enjoy sex unless their women are properly terrified, they abduct three lovely ladies and attempt to Scare Their Pants Off while gleefully demonstrating why blind dates can be so scary. "Satan's Bed" (1965, 72 min.) - The same year that The Beatles' second film, "Help!," premiered, John Lennon's future soul mate, avant-garde artist Yoko Ono, made her acting debut in this twisted sickie. Ono, in a kimono, plays the Japanese bride-to-be of a drug-smuggling immigration agent who wants to abandon crime for life with Yoko.

'But is it entertainment....?'
A double bill of appalling inadequacy. Even taking into account the arty pretensions, and the 'freedoms' the swinging sixties supposedly afforded, it's still difficult to justify the time and effort discharged to put these disgraces out in the world.

I'd looked forward to seeing 'Satan's Bed' for years, Yoko in it and all that. I thought it'd be good for a giggle if nothing else but apart from a brilliant comb-over, 'Satan's Bed' is the cinema equivalent of flushing drains.
People (I wont say actors) just stand around like children in a school play - wooden as beams. The only indication that the disc isn't stuck, is their eyes wildly flickering from side to side as they vainly try to locate some sort of direction.
Ed Wood is Orson Welles compared to this.

The plot? Well it's inexplicably in two threads. The first is Yoko, looking quite cute I have to say, getting kidnapped so the nasties can persuade her fiance to continue selling drugs for them. She escapes, and we are 'treated' to an ending which is so depressing it makes 'Henry; Portrait of a Serial Killer' look like Disney.
The second is Mr. Comb-over and a couple of cronies breaking into peoples apartments and pulling off violent robberies to a blaring and deeply annoying jazz soundtrack. They never meet Yoko and one of them, a pathetically homicidal lesbian, takes great delight in stripping off at every opportunity to try and 'seduce' the (invariably female) irate householders.

I swear in blood to you this synopsis is far more entertaining than the film. It sounds grotesque fun right? Wrong.
It's set in a kind of Warhollian monochrome world where people stand around just happy to have a job that doesn't stretch them. Long ambivalent silences...loud jazz. Weird camera angles.. loud jazz.. a murder! Oh, has something happened? See what I mean? It's difficult to convey the crass ineptness of the proceedings, and I'm not one who usually struggles in that department. This would defeat even the most resilient, stout-hearted reviewer.

'Scare Their Pants Off' (splutter!) is the 'bonus' film. And it's as badly acted and dull as it's title suggests. It's so bad it makes 'Satan's Bed' look like 'Gone With the Wind'.

Briefly, it's about two kinky guys who think it's a jolly jape to scare big-breasted floosies by dressing up as a} the Phantom of the Opera, b} an Indian guru (!?) and c} Nazi's.
Drugging their hapless victims (though it's hard to tell), kidnapping them, and dragging them off to a place of terror - a lounge with dark curtains - there to spy on each other as they try to terrify said captives into depravity and submission, all off-screen.

What you can hear of the dialogue is awful. The Phantom of the Opera in particular is flinch inducing. Poor Lon Chaney must be spinning in his grave, his dialogue was better than this!(!)
As with 'SB' the acting is non-existent, our two heroes do a good line in sweaty leering and that's it (although to be fair, that IS 70% of the film). They've unashamedly got one eye on the clock throughout...

On reflection, I realize that I might have made this disc look quite appetizing to bad movie aficionados. I can only apologize for this, it was not my intention and my honest advice is; don't. Stick with Al Adamson and 'Fall of the Louse of Usher' coz these babies here are not sick enough or daft enough to raise even a smirk.
They both harbor arty pretensions, but in reality have nothing 'deep' or profound to impart, and in the bare-minimum entertainment stakes, they fail.
Painfully and desperately.

The box makes a big deal of 'Yoko in a Kimono!', and so it should. Yoko's kimono is the highlight of the disc.
Half of this double is ok
After having plunked down 20 bucks for this dvd, I have to say that I am disappointed with part of it. The first feature is one of the most bizarre I have ever seen. Two guys kidnap three women and scare them before having sex with them. A very odd and unusual concept. I liked the third girl a lot, she is very attractive, but cannot act worth beans. This feature called Scare Their Pants Off was ok. The second feature Satan's Bed is simply awful. The acting sucks, the dialog is wretched and Yoko Ono adds nothing but freak value to an already awful freak show. All I could make out was that two guys and a woman go on a crime spree attacking woman and raping them. If you like this kind of stuff then this is for you, but I felt cheated.
SO Politically Incorrect!
Well, if anyone thinks we are in an age of "no-holds-barred" cinema these days, try imagining a Hollywood producer's reaction to a exploitation comedy plot about 2 guys who drug and kidnap women, and terrorize them with elaborate theatrics to get their sexual kicks. Their scenarios involve a phantom-of-the-opera type, an "Indian sacrifice" and, best of all, a ludicrous, made-up fascist organization. Of course it is all ridiculous and the farthest thing from truly hateful, but it is sure to offend some humorless individuals.

"Satan's Bed" is more historically than hysterically funny. I've heard this film referred to as an "underground art film" in reference to Yoko's later career, when it is anything but that. It's a typical exploitation "roughie", with the delightful Ms. Ono playing a mail-order-bride who doesn't speak much English, so no really crazy dialogue from Yoko. She does sing to herself briefly in one scene, but none of her later trademark shrieking, chirping or dry-heaving is evident, unfortunately.

The extras are a good selection of trailers and short subjects, the most notable being a 40 minute story of a NYC prostitute which is sleazy and oddly compelling at the same time.

Pale. It’s get the better of non-allied color for the radical colors that you already have. Black is a intricate color to combine because of the change of pace (titillating-black & brown-black). Additionally, it will peter out and look bad. Corpse-like is hard to keep make a revelation for manifest reasons. Globe-stress should drudgery too but is harder to find a tinge that works. Stripes look discerning and approve greater change in color applications.

What People ask about Black Wood Bed

Carpet colors for a light green/white/black bed room.?

Nicole D aksed: I'm painting my bedroom a light green(Behr pale cucumber.) I plan on decorating one of the walls with Records and having music themed items throughout the room. Therefore my color scheme would be black green and white. What color carpet would look good in this room? ( I cannot have wood floors)

KC answered: A nice cool gray would work with your color scheme, choose a lighter or darker shade depending on the size of the room and how clean/messy you are. Gray is also considered a neutral color, easy to coordinate with other colors if & when you decide to changed things up again.

well you have two chices, contrasting, or matching colors.
matching:green, black, or white, or blue, or anything close to green, white, or black
contrasting:pink, red, orange

How do I clean my Bed Frame?

Kelsey aksed: I have a white bed frame. It is wood but painted white, and it is smooth to the touch. It is filthy! i have cats and black shoes, so that should tell you a little bit lol. i also have gum residue stuck to several places from drunken nights. i want to clean this bad boy, but i have no idea how! help.

answered: Magic Eraser.

I seriously just got a permanent marker stain off my wall that has been there for two years. It took like 30 seconds. Problem is, it worked too well. The rest of my wall looks dirty lol.
