I tried for almost 2 hrs to resolve this with CitiFinancial(Ashleys Credit Card affiliate) which was just a
waste of time. I then drove to Ashleys in Grand Forks North Dakota, which is approximately 75 minutes from my house
and my complaint was reported to the store Manager. This was followed up with a personal letter detailing my complaint. The store manager at the Grand Forks Location was rude, hostile, and just basically wanted to get rid of me.

I wanted $118.00, a finance charge which I unexpectedly received, after being told repeatedly by Ashley sales personell
that there would be no finance charge, no interest for a 48 month period during one of their special sales promos.
Since I could not get my money back because the manager said I signed the agreement. I then suggested $118.00 in store credit given that I have bought more than $3600.00 of furniture there
and even referred my family relative who recently bought a $699.00 mattress.
She would not compromise, would not listen to alternatives, and when I told her that I will take my businees
elsewhere and report you to the Better Business Bureau, she said that is "too bad"

I have also emailed your official site and wrote a formal complaint on 9/3/2009 without hearing a reply.

I know I signed the agreement, but I trusted your sales personell with the information they provided.
I cannot go thru 10-15 pages of legal contract talk in the store with 2 young kids in a stroller crying to leave
and a pushy salesperson trying to get us to sign and complete her sales deal.

Unfortunate experienece, rude management, deceptive advertisements, once they take your money, forget about any further assistance. Do yourself a favor and shop elsewhere where they really will appreciate your business.

This chair is so comfortable and the price is awesome. It is wonderful quality and I would recommend this chair to anyone! It was very easy to put together. it came in two pieces. Great product, unbeatable price!!

I was looking for a new recliner to replace my old Lazyboy. We previously purchased an Ashley matching leather sofa, overstuffed chair and ottoman, so were familiar with Ashley's value.

Overall, I'm impressed with the chair. It's large and well built, weighing in at nearly 100#, and was very comfortable right out of the box. Of course, after three weeks, it's even more comfortable now. The rocker feature is an added bonus. For $300, this chair is an excellent value.

I'm a big guy (6'2"-245#) and the chair fits me well. The only thing that kept me from giving this chair 5-stars is the fact that the seat height is very high. If you are shorter than me, your feet will not touch the ground while sitting upright. Other than that, I highly recommend this chair!

Well, I've had the chair for just over a year and a half and I still like it!!!!! I have had no issues with the chair at all and it's no surprise that it keeps getting more comfortable all the time. I would definitely buy this chair again!

As I'm pregnant with my third child I went on a quest to finally find the perfect nursing chair. I started off not having one, using any chair with a nursing stool for my first child. My second boy, I got one of the Shermag gliders. It was fine, but my first son loved to rock it violently and turn it over on its side so it quickly started to squeak loudly and finally has been relegated to the guest room. This time I went to regular furniture stores because I wanted a REAL upholstered rocker or glider that wasn't too large for a nursery, but nice enough to eventually be moved to the living room. This fits the bill. It isn't real leather, but all the better to wipe up spit ups and milk from it. Smaller in size so that I can sit back and my feet still hit the floor with the baby. Arms are lower than most nursery gliders, but I think a boppy pillow will keep the baby at the right height. The lever to recline back is tucked between the seat and the arm and is inconspicuous and as it is a recliner there is no need for a separate ottoman in a small room. My only negative is that the lumbar area isn't supported very well, but a small rectangular pillow at the small of the back takes care of that. I'm very pleased with the purchase and feel like the value was there for a very useful chair for me.

We would love to give a review on this item, but it hasn't been delivered after months of waiting. We ordered through Furniture Crate from the link on Amazon back in early February. It is now May and we still don't have our chair. We are expecting a new baby anytime and we have nothing to sit in in his nursery. The customer service dept at Furniture Crate keeps promising dates and it never goes through. Supposedly it is the manufacturer that is not giving the correct information but nevertheless- empty promises. Whatever the case, don't order this chair if you want to get it anytime soon! We are going to cancel our order and start from scratch if it doesn't come this week.

I bought two of these from Furniture Crate. Buying two got me a ten percent discount, so price was $314 per chair. The recliners are really comfortable. Big enough for for an overweight geezer, (5'-9", 200 lbs) but compact enough that they don't dominate the living room. The leather looks great. The back and sides are vinyl, but they are a very good match. The only noticeable difference is a very slight difference in texture. They rock nicely, and the reclining/footrest mechanism works smoothly. They arrived ten days after I ordered them. The boxes could have been heavier- one of the boxes tore in shipment, but the recliners made it without damage. I see from another review that Furniture Crate is temporarily out of them. Currently, [..] is advertising them at $338.07 with free shipping and no sales tax.

Ordered this chair.....was contacted by Furniture Crate that it not available until sometime in April. I cancelled the order.

I've had this chair about 6 months and it really was a great purchase. The leather is soft and looks great. It was simple to put together. This chair was a steal at the bargain price I paid.

I bought this chair after making the rounds of the Internet and local furniture stores for a comfortable recliner. Most on sale today are HUGE! When I sit in them it's like I'm on a small couch! This causes me to tilt from side to side for support. This chair fits a normal sized human perfectly. It's more comfortable for long periods than my previous brand name recliners, but it is NOT for an overly large person...
