I bought this item for my dad for Christmas and he really loves the chair. The shipping was superfast for such a large item (2-3 days). My dad said it took less than an hour to put together.

Have had the recliner for 1 1/2 yr - I have a massage everynight and sleep the rest of the night like a baby. It is one of the nicest things that I have ever done for myself!!!

Both my wife and I use this chair and it is quite good for the price. It is sturdy and comfortable. The massage motors are strong enough and there are many selections available. You can vary both the intensity and the speed of the multiple points of pressure. This is not a "roller" massage; it is vibrator sort of massage. Very good ... for the money!

I am very satisfied with the item I chose. It is exactly what I was looking for.

I have arthritis in one of my feet, and need to elevate it a lot to keep the
pain and swelling down. I'd been searching for a "true" anti gravity recliner,
but most didn't elevate my feet above my heart. The few I found that did were
out of my budget at $500-600.

I had given up when I came across this on Amazon, and couldn't believe the features of heat and massage at such a low price. And it's attractive also.
I use it every day. The only thing I can complain about is the part that locks
the recliner in position, which may be due to a lack of strength in my hands.
Sometimes it doesn't stay where I'd like it to, and I have to try again.

Also, I put it together myself, and I'm a woman close to 70 years old. It took
about a half hour with clear directions.

The first time I used my new Inversion Massage Chair the massage continued to vibrate after turning off the power button. I had to unplug the cushion from the power outlet to stop the vibration. I returned the cushion for a replacement. It took twenty four days to receive a new one. I am also disappointed in the Easy Lock Levers which hold the chair in desired sitting positions. They easily loose their grip if you move in the chair. This causes the chair to fall forward. Also the right Lever seldom works. The Adjustable Footrest is awkward to adjust however it does stay in place once positioned.

It is a good & comfort chair,very happy with the purchase,price is right.Had to get a manual from Aosom to hook up wires under the chair,not a big deal.Everything works out the box,hope last for while.Amazon is a good place to shop online.Strong recommend.

A great value for the price. It has a total of five different massage levels and three intensity levels. It also has a heat button as well. Assembly is pretty easy. The arm rests were the only difficult part of the assembly. A great recliner that you could also use as an office chair.

It's hard to be objective when you're spoiled .. and, yes, I'm feeling spoiled right now. So I bought the desk chair version too. Why shouldn't I be spoiled at my computer desk too?
By the way, assembly is not that hard if you have opposable primate fingers and thumbs and know how to line up the screws with the holes.

This is a great chair to come home to after a hard day. You can choose which areas (or all) that you need massaged. It is a great chair for the price and looks as good as many of the much more expensive chairs. The only negative thing is that it doesn't get my neck and shoulders very well which is where a lot of my stress accumulates.

Received the chair and set instructions was easy to follow. It was cumbersome to get out of the box and move into the corner where I wanted it set up. My first experience with this chair was in a Brookstone store in the mall during Christmas 2007. Brookstone wanted $4000 before tax so when I saw it on Amazon for 70% off MSRP I jumped right on it.
I bought it for my wife for her stiff neck and back and she LOVES it! The first time she used it she popped her back - a good thing. It was hurting her for months. Her blood pressure instantly went down to normal; doctor has taken her off blood-pressure medication; she brags to her friends about her new chair; and she uses it daily. The best feature... I don't have to give her massages any more.

The back of the chair was already broken when it was delivered. They refused to take it back and do not provide any service for it. I paid so much money and don't know what to do with this expensive, dysfunctional chair. Don't waste your money!!!!!!!!

I purchased this chair for my husband for Christmas. He loved it and my grandkids loved it too. I am glad I purchased this chair.

I apologize if this is an American made chair. It doesn't say where it is manufactured. I bought one that looks identical for the discounted price advertised here and it was Chinese made. No dealer network or service centers located or offered in poorly written brochure that came with it. After very light usage, the chair back broke and the electronics quit. When I turned it over, the whole plastic housing containing the drive rod that reclines the back had completely disentigrated and will necessitate replacement. Only website showing the model number RT-Y005 Health Message Chair was a Chinese wholesaler that is set up for large importers. It looks like this chair is being imported and renamed. If it is, don't waste your money, Goodwill won't even want it the way it is.
