Relax on chic, South Beach-style outdoor furniture overlooking the Hillsborough River during Chillounge Night at Curtis Hixon Park. (That's a 2009 Chillounge event in St. Pete, above.) Six truckloads of daybeds and loungers were brought in for this party featuring food vendors, cash bars, a Brazilian samba parade, a fashion show, a Cleopatra parade on daybeds, cigar lounge, jazz music and fireworks.
