How do I get my 10 mo. old chiuaua mix puppy to quit chewing on anything from shoes to couch pillows to boxes?

JenVT answers: It's called "supervision". Keep the puppy confined to the room you are in so you can watch him. This helps with house breaking as well. When you can't supervise him he needs to be confined to a small area either in a crate, xpen, or closed

I have two dogs, one is a chihuahua, got her at 3 months. maybe try a squirt or two of perfume on shoes etc., see if something like that helps to detour him. Get some chew toys, raw-hide treats, hope this helps.

How can I keep my dog off the couch when I'm not home?
