The mattress topper was not quite long enough for my daughter's dorm bed, even though it was a Twin XL. She likes it, however and says it is very comfortable.

I bought this in hopes that we would not have to go out and buy a whole new mattress set. So far, SO GOOD! Slept on it last night and did not toss and turn all night long (like i normally do) and didn't feel stiff or sore when i woke up. Best investment i've made in awhile!

We live in Phoenix, so I was worried about it being too warm. I'm happy to report that all is well. Our mattress is 6 years old, but now it feels brand new. Being pregnant, I definitely have fond feelings towards this topper. Gives extra support, but it's still so soft. Great, great, great addition.

As for other comments... The pad fit our bed perfectly, sheets were fine too. There was a slight smell, but it went away immediately. Packaging was one box, about 2'x2'x2'. Had nice handles on the box for carrying from the leasing office, too.

I bought the 3 inch thick mattress topper. I had no problem with the smell, as some people have mentioned, and slept on the mattress that night. I was a little hot the first night, but with an adjustment in clothing, fan speed and taking an extra blanket off of the bed, I was great the next night. I have not been at all sore in the mornings since starting to sleep on this mattress topper. I would highly recommend for people who have lower back and hip pain. Mine has been all but eliminated in a matter of 2 weeks.

This was a great purchase and I would do it again. I have a bad back and now can get a good nights sleep and wake up not stiff and hurting.

Great product! Before using this product I would wake up with my hip and lower back stiff and hurting. This has helped that problem so much. I sleep longer and deeper. I have a queen size bed but ordered the king size and cut it to fit my bed.

I bought this for my Dad who is in a nursing home. His bed was uncomfortable. He has a twin mattress. I got the x-long twin topper and purchased a waterproof cover for it. Since I bought this I've been sleeping better and I had a pain on my side that is gone since I've been sleeping on this Memory foam enhancer. And the price is fenominal.

My new firm mattress wasn't supporting my lower back enough and I was waking up with a stiff back. No complaints from my husband, he liked the way the bed felt. I had 60 days to return the mattress for a softer one, but my salesman suggested I should get a foam topper. "You can make a firm bed softer, but not a softer bed firmer", was his advise. So, I opted for this foam pad. After one night, no stiffness. My husband was skeptical and worried he wouldn't like it, but so far, no complaints. We still feel the firm mattress, but little bit of cushion makes a big difference. The package was easy to unroll, NO smell either. Very pleased.

I have a hard, cheap ikea twin mattress, and layering this on top has turned it into a dream. It doesn't shift around. It works exactly as advertised. Very, very wonderfully comfortable. When I settle in for the night, it's like all the pressure is being taken off my joints. I wake up in the morning feeling grand (although I don't always want to get up!)

We bought this for use in our camper trailer. We already have a 2" mattress in it, but I needed something to make the mattress more comfortable. This is great as a mattress topper. Easy to fold up in our case, and store when the camper is not in use.

I actually ordered this product to take camping with us because I am six months pregnant. I wanted some additional support to sleep on in addition to the air mattress. We have a Temprapedic at home, so I was hoping this would be enough support to keep my comfortable. It made all of the difference in the world for me and I am going to put it on my son's twin bed now so when I lay down with him at night to read books it is more comfortable (and I think he will like sleeping on it).

After many restless, uncomfortable nights on a cheap Ikea bed- I bought this memory foam mattress topper looking for a simple solution to my bad sleeping situation. I was looking for a way to make my bed more enjoyable for less money. It worked! I am sleeping so soundly, I even have to set 2 alarms to wake up (after sleeping through one my first night on the mattress). I am a young adult, without any sort of back issues, so it does the trick for me. If you are looking for something that is needed to improve your back it might or might not work for you. But for a young adult it sure does work.

Oh, and I also didn't notice any sort of smells coming from the mattress. Maybe my nose is weak...

If you are looking for an amazing memory foam mattress topper, get this one. I go to college and have a queen size bed. Every single person that has ever come in my room says I have the best bed they have ever laid on. I am an insomniac and it is hard for me to go to sleep, but this amazing topper basically cures my problem. If you want the best possible rest you can get, buy this. It is hard to believe it is so cheep. My only complaint is it is extremely hard to get up in the morning because it is so amazingly comfortable.

I bought my daughter a new mattress and she said it was too firm. I checked around and these memory foam toppers can be very expensive (even at discount stores). Thickness is important. When the memory foam is too thin - it doesn't feel cushioned enough when you lay on it. This topper is 3 inches - it feels thick. I was a little scared when I received it because it was shrink wrapped tightly in a ball and just laying in the box. But, as soon as I removed the wrapping, it popped into shape perfectly. And, the bonus was NO smell at all. I like that the foam is ventilated with holes that allow it to breathe. Now I want one for my bed.

This is an awesome item. It envelopes you in comfort. Maybe the aim of the best of these pads is to feel soft as human body so you feel as if you were in your partner's arms. This kind of does that. It's also improved my back problems caused by pressure points from too firm a mattress.

Just received mine yesterday. Seriously unboxed and unwrapped in 5 min and the topper needed no time to fully expand. It felt amazing right off the bat! Plus no odor! Ya gotta be kidding me! This foam mattress has given new life to my 13-year-old Castro Convertible sofa bed! It's just a tad large for the mattress, though, so I'm contemplating cutting it down to make putting the sheets on a little easier.

I have a european platform bed with a single mattress supported by wooden slats... Love the bed and the original mattress, which was designed for a platform bed, still does it's job in spite of the fact that I originally wanted a foam mattress and never purchased one.

The current mattress is still supportive but not nearly what I needed with an increasingly arthritic back.
I discovered by sleeping on the foam mattress in my trailer that I slept much better, with no pain and woke up with a far stronger back that I didn't have walk the pain out of, for 2 hours, after waking, when I slept on the firm, foam trailer mattress.

I was about to bite the bullet and purchase a firm, latex, foam 700 dollar mattress for my bed at home when I found this item.
It arrived with some odor so I aired it outside for 5 days before taking it indoors. The odor was gone by that point. The minimal sun exposure turned one side the amber color, like in the photo above while the unexposed side stayed white. My bed is now uniformly very firm and feels like a new, latex foam mattress. No lumps, bumps, uneven spots or uneven firmness.. Perfect in every way.... I now wake up, -- SPRING up, ---happy and pain free. One review here said that the topper was so firm that, if put on the floor, the person's body weight wouldn't cause the topper to depress enough so that the weight pressed through to the floor...
I was somewhat concerned about that review because it sounded just waaaaay too soft. I'm happy to report, that for a 190 pound male,.... the topper doesn't even squish a quarter inch with my full weight upon it.. It is as EXTRA firm as anyone will EVER find in a foam topper....

I actually first bought the 3 inch in this topper and we were happy with it as I wrote in a review for the 3 inch, but we needed some way to slightly elevate the head of the bed and to buy the foam at a fabric store for just what we needed just wasn't worth the cost. So we came up with the idea of buying this and cutting off what we would use under our foam mattress to elevate it, and save the rest to use for seat cushions on my chairs as they need to be replaced. It worked better than we expected to elevate the bed, we thought we would have to double it, cut off about 24 inches, but found the single 2 inches were enough to elevate the bed for us. We slipped it under the foam mattress at the head of the bed. If we elevate the bed anymore our 26 pound Dachshund will not be able to jump up for her afternoon nap. I have 3 bench seats my husband made and 6 chairs that all use foam for the seats, so the remainder will take care of most of those in the future. We just used scissors to cut it, I have seen the fabric stores use a scroll saw which my husband has, but he just wanted to try the scissors and they worked.
