Apartments around Grapevine, Texas?
Condor97 aksed: My girlfriend and I are looking for some temporary housing around the Grapevine/Southlake/Keller/Colleyville area (between Dallas and Fort Worth). Here's what we're looking for:
- 3 months rent
- Preferably furnished or rentable furniture available
- 1 Bedroom
- 1 Bathroom
- Square Footage is not a big concern
- Parking (garage not necessary)
- Don't have any pets
- Cost low as possible- looking more for function than luxury at this point in time
I would have to ask her first, but I'm ok with other residential options as well if they're better for a 3-month rent...

answered: I am an apartment locator in the area, and just thought I'd mention that 3 month leases for a furnished apartment are usually quite expensive. From my experience, you can expect to pay up to $800 more per month than the market rent.
There are a number of furnished apartments in the Grapevine area, however generally you have to go through a corporate housing company. Try http://www.corporatehousing.com/ to get a general idea of what to expect.
