well when it got here some of it was broke and i order new parts well they got here one part was drill wrong so i gave up and just drill my own holes

Instructions were not as clear as i thought they should be.
Resulted in me, my boyfriend and dad arguing about what the diagram really means. (We were all wrong)
The dresser leans to whatever side the wind blows. We had to add screws just to keep it together. I have had the completed the dresser for a week now and still haven't put any clothes in it for fear or it collapsing.

nice chocolate drawer that can give any room an elegant feel. it was a nightmare to put together because i decided to do it myself. the instructions suggest calling a friend to help lol. nice size for an affordable price. I actually purchased the platform chocolate bed also.

THis is similar to the armoire I purchased. It didn't have any scratches or nicks of any kind. It took forever to put together, and I cannot get one of the drawers to push in all th way. It sticks out about an inch on one side. It's really weird, because the rest of them are fine. Not very sturdy, but it looks really nice. It will suffice for 2-3 years, hopefully!

We ordered this furniture for my son's room. It took quite a while to put together b/c after reading all the reviews we decided to reinforce each drawer with wood glue to ensure the drawers stay secure. The finished product is great and we are very happy with how nice it looks. We also ordered the matching headboard and dresser!

The product is of reasonable quality and not too difficult to assemble, considering the price.

I had it shipped to arrive in 2 days, so that it could be assembled prior to a birthday. It arrived in time, but 3 pieces were damaged and had to be replaced. They were replaced without charge, but did not arrive for another week, so the extra shipping charges were a waste.

When they replacements did arrive, one of them was also damaged, but in a place that was not easily visible, so I assembled it anyway.

Quality control seems to be an issue......

Takes time and patience to assemble. It arrived well package and I didn't have any broken or lost parts. Its looks great! The perfect stand for the price.

I like it, except there was slight damage in the delivery. I was able to overcome it and still assemble the piece so you cannot see the damage. Also, the door (despite my several attempts to adjust) just doesn't meet up withe cabinet the way I'd like.

this cabinet takes a little while to assemble, but in the end is a very good-looking piece of furniture and is very sturdy. The assembly was a little cumbersome, but everything is very well labeled and all parts necessary are included (except a phillips screwdriver). One of my side trim pieces was broken right out of the box, but after making one call to the Bush customer service center, I was sent a replacement free of charge (arrived two days later).

The cabinet is adequately sized, but there are a lot of home theater system receivers and dvd players that might have a tough time fitting in here- check dimensions first. My Denon receiver fits inside, but barely (the master volume knob almost hits the glass. Also, I had to cut a much bigger hole in the back panel to accommodate all my wires, but again, that's only a minor inconvenience.

All things considered, a good auido stand for the money.

The product arrived, and took me about an hour to finally assemble.

Problems:

1. The stand itself is a bit shaky, and can only take 50lbs of weight per shelf. My Onkyo 805 receiver is 61 lbs.. I placed it on the lowest level, and crossing my finger that it works

2. With the receiver inside, the door won't close.. (problem to many, but not to me because...)

3. The door was completely broken when it arrived. The frame separated from the glass. i had to buy glue and glue the two together myself. After 2 more hours of doing that, and fiddling with it, i gave up and threw the door away. Now i have an open cabinet, with the receiver sticking out.

4. Complicated to assemble. probably the most annoying assembly i've ever done with respect to furniture.

Positives:
1. doesn't look too bad. without the door it's still useable.

Sorry Bush.. the quality control is not acceptable.

I was needing something small for my bedroom to put my flat screen and DVD's on. This works GREAT and it also looks GREAT. I have gotten a lot of comments about it. I thought at first $100+ was a little high but now I think it was wroth every penny. Its not like one you buy at walmart (fall apart) after you get it put together its no good. This is a heavy and sturdy shelf. Thanks Amazon for the great deal and most of all the FAST shipping. I had it within four days.

I found these cases to be fairly simple to assemble by looking at the universal(picture only) instructions. It took me about two hours to put the first one together. I needed a hammer to tap the wood pegs in the shelves. It was tight working with the allen wrench screws, a phillips head screw would have been easier work. They are stable and attractive as well as a good solution in tight spaces.

I've put together furniture from IKEA, Target, and a few other stores and the quality of build and instructions were 10x better than this product. The parts just don't fit together the way they should. Don't buy

the product is good for the price. the look is good; quality is ok; and it works well for a small room since you can put it inside the closet. i'm happy with the purchase.

I read all the other reviews AFTER I bought the unit and I was expecting some smelly thing to arrive and stink up my house. I did smell something that I could best describe as a "new dresser" smell, but it was not bad and the very next day I did't smell anything at all. That being said, let's get to the building process. I got the drawers put together with no problem at all, but when it came to building the frame, that's where I ran into problems. I don't think it is because of the item itself, because the instructions are pretty clear and it all goes together kind of the same way the junk you get from Ikea does. My problem came in trying to put the bottom together and I was doing it alone, so when I got one side together and tried to attach the other side, it fell apart and broke. I am going to contact the manufacturer and see if they will replace the broken piece. The next problem arose as I got the whole thing together (finally) and tried to put the drawers in. You have to precisely get the plastic piece on the drawers to fit into the plastic pieces on the frame. On each drawer I was able to get one side in but not the other and it took me like a half hour just to get the drawers to go in correctly. I will admit that I have a bad back and my vision is not so great, so again, the problem may have been me and not the unit. After it was all done I stepped back and looked at it and marveled over what a cheap piece of junk it was. But at the end of the day, it fit perfectly in the space I had bought it for (I bought it to fit inside of my son's closet to store his underwear and socks) and the drawers open and close ok. I am not confident that it will last long, and I may have to buy another unit in the future, but this one will do for now and at the very least, it proved that my idea to put a small drawer unit into the closet instead of taking up floor space in the room was one hell of a great idea. The closet looks neat, it is functional and it will hopefully help my son not throw his clothes all over the floor. All in all, if you can get it together without breaking it, you will probably enjoy it for as long as it lasts, which may not be long...but we will see, won't we?

Chest was easy to put together and follow directions with one exception - there are "miracle bolts" that completely stumped me on how to use- I read, reread and reread the instructions- finally it became clear on how to use this particular hardware, once I did it was easy- there is a strong smell to the pieces even after it is put together for a while- other than those 2 drawbacks - it is well worth the money.

Highly not recommended! Overall, the furniture looks great, but the chemical smell destroys all the positive aspects of the drawers. I have washed the drawers multiple times but the smell still remains. The worst part is clothings absorb the nasty smell from the drawers.
