I do not understand why this product has such bad reviews. It is exactly the quality I was expecting for the money, in fact it is better than I thought it would be. The wood is particle board, but it is thick and the outside facing panels are nice and heavy so it doesn't FEEL inexpensive when you touch it. It was not the easiest to put together, but I put it together alone and it says in the instructions to have two people handy for assembly. It is a little bit darker than the picture shows, but it is also a much richer, warmer cherry color which I found to be a pleasant surprise. It matches my baby's other cherry furniture from a different, much more pricey brand perfectly. The drawers slide very quietly, and I really like that it can be secured to a wall to make it safe for a small child's room. I am very happy with this dresser and would recommend it to anyone who doesn't have or doesn't want to spend a boat load of money on nursery or kid's furniture that'll probably just get ruined anyway.

Bought this royal cherry drawer chest to match the cherry crib in our's unborn baby's room and it matched perfectly. It arrived in perfect condition and was very easy to assemble. Instead of using the enclosed drawer knobs, we bought some pink drawer knobs from Target and it made the drawer chest look even better. The only problem we had was the shipping because the item took well over 2 weeks to arrive and we were expected it in less than a week according to the shipping instructions. Other than that, we're happy with our purchase.

For the price this dresser is pretty good. The cherry finish wood matched the DaVinci crib that I had bought perfectly. The down side is that it does require full assembley, straight down to every knob on the drawers! The base of the drawers are a flimsy cardboard so you won't be able to put anything heavy into any of the drawers. I'm using mine for baby clothes and other light weight items so it isn't too big of a problem but just a heads up.

this was a real help when i needed something for the kids clothes. set up was pretty easy (because my husband did it) drawers are of average depth and they lasted even through a move to a new home.

I chose this cabinet because it seemed to be functional and a nice color at an affordable price.

When it arrived, I noticed one of the pieces was slightly cracked during shipping so I called their customer service and they politely apologized and fedexed a replacement part (without me having to send them the defective one).

After receiving this part, my husband put the cabinet together and it looks great! Fair warning: it requires extensive installation - basically you get wood and parts but the instructions are fairly good to follow.

If you're looking for a functional cabinet to store the baby's stuff in and don't mind putting it together, this is the best deal especially since the company's customer service is responsive.

We bought this from Amazon based on most of the positive reviews I read about it on their site. Unfortunately, my husband and I were unable to share their experiences! We did not find it easy to assemble, it looks super cheap and I'm not sure how comfortable I'm going to be placing our soon-to-be-born son on it for changing!

We are not morons by any means and I am quite proficient when it comes to DIY assembly, but it took me two hours just to get the drawers "together." None of the screw and peg holes lined up properly, so I had to jimmy-rig most of it, use wood glue and hope for the best. My husband did the rest of the table with a bit of assistance from me, but he also had issues.

My biggest complaint, however, is the quality. South Shore includes a "disclaimer" sheet about the colors not being consistent because you won't see these sides and it's greener for the environment...no, they're just cheap and reusing leftover pieces. The front of the drawer is "cherry," but the rest of the drawer is a blonde oak-ish veneer. My girlfriend's son's changing table drawers are like that, too, but they're REAL WOOD! Also, the company includes a stain marker with the table because half of it is already scratched up when you open it!

All in all, I'm glad I didn't pay a lot for this and received free shipping, otherwise I would be very angry! Yes, I should've called South Shore to complain, but let's be honest - it's usually just a waste of time and I don't have the time or desire to take it apart (good luck considering the glue!) and ship it back (if they would even accept it). This was the first time and perhaps the last time I'll buy furniture online.

I was hesitant to order a changing table sight unseen, but after reading the reviews and looking at VERY expensive changing tables that were similar, I decided to go for it. I haven't regreted my purchase once. It is functional, nice looking and not something that I am going to worry about getting rid of when we are done having babies due to the cheap price. I bought 3 baskets for mine. One is for socks, one is for lotions, powders, etc. and one is for diapers. The drawers a large enough to fit all my blankets and some clothes that I chose to not hang up. I highly recommend this product.

The product came much sooner than the quoted ETA, which was great. Under promise over deliver. The changing table came in mint condition. And the color and quality surpassed my expectations. I would have given it a 5 if it would have came with the changing pad. I am struggling finding one that fits inside the designated area like I want it to. Another successful transaction with Amazon.

I was very impressed with how quickly the changing table got delivered and the very impressed with the condition of it. It is even more beautiful in person, the picture does it no justice.

This changing table looks great once it is finished but it was difficult to assemble. I'm about to be a single mom and all I will say is thank God for my dad and his patience putting this together. The directions were great and the parts weren't clearly marked so that made the assembley difficult. Once the changing table was but together though it looked great in the nursery and seems to be holding up well. I have it fully loaded with all changing necessities and it seems sturdy so far. This piece was significantly cheaper than many other changing table I looked at but doesn't look cheap once it is put together.

While I did not think this item would be solid Cherry, I had hoped at this price it would be, at least, Cherry veneer. It is press board just like most at Walmart. I think I got took at this price. I learned to really read carefully before I order anything.
