Abclc41 aksed: I've heard so many people say not to use bumpers or comforters, it makes me wonder if I should even bother buying those four piece crib bedding sets at the baby stores. If I can only use the fitted sheet and the crib skirt, isn't it a waste of money to buy a four piece set?
answered: I was told before I had my son that is was not needed and to be safe because of sids your shouldn't put anything else in the crib with your baby other than a sheet. I didn't listen and bought a whole set and now all I use is the sheet so it was all pointless. Make sure you swaddle your baby tightly if it is cold and he or she is cold and have nothing lose . Also summer is coming so make sure your baby's does not over heat. Chances are if you are hot your baby feels the same.
